This structure is made slightly larger than 28mm but it does work well for 25mm to 35mm miniatures.
Made of 1/8 inch Birch plywood.
The small Garage is 3 inches wide, 9 inches long and approx. 3 inches tall.
The Warehouse District structures are made in a modular system.
The small garage is only a side of a building, not an entire structure on it's own.
